Third-party governmental, shipping, payment-processing, or other fees may be separate from C.A.V. Enterprises LLC's service fees.

Prices may change without notice for future transactions.

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and whether the service has already been performed.

Government fees, third-party fees, shipping costs, completed notarial services, customized services, and other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.

Any refund policy communicated at the time of purchase or booking will control that transaction to the extent permitted by law

Loan Signing Agent services are administrative and signing-support services.

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC does not make lending decisions, approve loans, provide legal advice regarding loan documents, or guarantee loan approval, funding, recording, or closing.

Questions concerning loan terms, interest rates, financial obligations, or legal consequences should be directed to the lender, escrow/title company, or qualified legal professional.

Catering orders are subject to availability, menu selection, guest count, location, event requirements, and applicable food-service requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

• Guest count
• Menu selections
• Dietary restrictions and allergies
• Setup requirements

Customers should notify C.A.V. Enterprises LLC of known allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While reasonable precautions may be taken, C.A.V. Enterprises LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Travel services may involve third-party airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, tour operators, insurance companies, and other travel suppliers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information and following reasonable safety instructions.
