At C.A.V. Enterprises LLC, transparency and trust are important parts of how we serve our customers. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy explain the expectations, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you visit our website, schedule an appointment, purchase a service, or communicate with our business.

Our Terms of Service explain how our website and services may be used, customer responsibilities, appointment requirements, payment obligations, service limitations, third-party services, intellectual property, dispute procedures, and other important terms governing your relationship with C.A.V. Enterprises LLC.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect, how that information is used, when it may be disclosed, the methods through which information may be shared, and the safeguards we use to protect personal and business information.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be available and how cancellations are handled for services including mobile notary, online notarization, loan signing, apostille assistance, business services, catering, travel, and transportation. Government fees, third-party fees, shipping costs, completed notarial services, customized services, and other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.

Any refund policy communicated at the time of purchase or booking will control that transaction to the extent permitted by law

Loan Signing Services

Loan Signing Agent services are administrative and signing-support services.

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC does not make lending decisions, approve loans, provide legal advice regarding loan documents, or guarantee loan approval, funding, recording, or closing.

Questions concerning loan terms, interest rates, financial obligations, or legal consequences should be directed to the lender, escrow/title company, or qualified legal professional.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

  • Event date and time
  • Location
  • Guest count

Customers are responsible for reviewing travel documents, identification requirements, passports, visas, entry requirements, and other applicable travel requirements.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are subject to availability, scheduling, location, vehicle capacity, traffic, weather, road conditions, and applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information and following reasonable safety instructions.

Our Commitment

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Last Updated: August 19, 2026

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC (“C.A.V. Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing professional, reliable, and convenient services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be available for services purchased through C.A.V. Enterprises LLC.

By purchasing or booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Important: This policy is a general business template and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney to ensure compliance with Nevada law and any laws applicable to your particular services.

General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and whether the service has already been performed.

Services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by C.A.V. Enterprises LLC.

Because certain services require advance scheduling, preparation, travel, document processing, or payment of third-party fees, refunds may be limited once work has begun.

Notary Services

Notary services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable.

If a scheduled appointment is cancelled before the notarial service begins, the customer may be eligible for a refund of prepaid service fees, subject to any applicable cancellation, travel, or administrative fees.

If a notarial act cannot legally be completed because the signer does not meet applicable identification, personal appearance, competency, willingness, or other legal requirements, C.A.V. Enterprises LLC may retain applicable appointment, travel, or administrative fees.

Mobile Notary Services

Mobile appointments may involve travel expenses and reserved appointment time.

If you cancel before the notary begins traveling to the appointment, you may be eligible for a refund of prepaid service fees, less any applicable processing or administrative fees.

If the notary has already traveled to the location, arrived at the location, or begun providing services, the applicable mobile/travel fee may be non-refundable.

No-show appointments may be charged the applicable appointment or travel fee.

Remote Online Notarization

RON appointments may require advance scheduling and preparation.

Once an online notarization session has begun or the notarial service has been completed, the applicable service fee is generally non-refundable.

If technical problems prevent the notarization from being completed and the issue is attributable to our system or service provider, we may, at our discretion, reschedule the appointment or issue an appropriate refund.

Loan Signing Agent Services

Loan signing appointments are generally scheduled in advance and may require document preparation, printing, travel, and coordination with lenders, title companies, escrow companies, or signing services.

If a signing is cancelled before the appointment and before work has begun, refund eligibility will depend on the payment arrangement and whether third-party fees have already been incurred.

Completed signing-agent services are generally non-refundable.

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC does not control lender funding, underwriting, loan approval, recording, or closing decisions.

Apostille & Authentication Services

Apostille and authentication services may involve governmental agencies, document custodians, shipping providers, couriers, and other third parties.

Once processing has begun, service fees may be non-refundable.

Government fees, authentication fees, shipping fees, courier fees, expedited processing fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable once paid or incurred.

If a document is rejected because it does not meet the requirements of the issuing or authentication authority, C.A.V. Enterprises LLC may assist the customer in determining available next steps; however, rejection by a government agency does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Document Preparation Services

Customized document preparation, administrative services, or other work specifically performed for a customer may be non-refundable once preparation has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing information they provide and ensuring that names, dates, addresses, and other information are accurate.

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC does not provide legal advice unless expressly provided by a properly licensed attorney.

Business Services

Business formation, consulting, compliance support, strategic planning, business development, and customized business services may require research, preparation, filing assistance, or other work before completion.

Once substantial work has begun, fees may be non-refundable.

Government filing fees and third-party fees are generally non-refundable.

Catering & Concessions

Catering deposits and payments may be subject to specific event cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Because food, ingredients, staffing, preparation, equipment, and event resources may be purchased or reserved in advance:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts.
  • Customized or specially ordered items may be non-refundable.

The specific cancellation terms provided with an individual catering agreement or invoice will control that transaction.

Travel Services

Travel services may involve airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, and other third parties.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable travel provider.

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC cannot guarantee that a third-party travel provider will issue a refund.

Service fees charged by C.A.V. Enterprises LLC may be non-refundable once travel planning, booking, research, or other services have been performed.

Customers are encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance when available and appropriate for their trip.

Transportation Services

Transportation cancellations should be made as early as possible.

If a customer cancels before the scheduled pickup, a refund may be available depending on the applicable booking terms.

If the driver has already arrived, begun travel, or the customer is a no-show, applicable transportation charges may be non-refundable.

Emergency or Same-Day Services

Emergency, rush, after-hours, or same-day services may require additional fees.

Because these appointments require reserving immediate availability, emergency and rush fees may be non-refundable once the appointment has been accepted or service preparation has begun.

No-Show Policy

A customer who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment or is unavailable at the agreed location may be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may be subject to applicable service, travel, appointment, or administrative fees.

Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment or deposit before future appointments are accepted.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Customer name
  • Date of service or appointment
  • Service purchased
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Order, invoice, or appointment number, if available

Submit refund requests to:

Email: info@caventerprises.net
Phone: (775) 242-3811

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the service purchased, work completed, third-party costs, cancellation timing, and applicable law.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, or payment method.

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by a customer's bank, credit-card company, payment processor, or other financial institution.

Exceptions

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC may make exceptions to this policy at its discretion when circumstances warrant.

An exception made for one customer or transaction does not create an obligation to make the same exception in another situation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to This Policy

C.A.V. Enterprises LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date or Last Updated date.
